女兒生日,想食法國餐,盲選了這間。半價魚子醬五道菜套餐。或許不是你試過最好的魚子醬,但整體而言是有心的配搭。Wine pairing 能突顯出食物的層次。除了魚子醬配香檳,頭盤有三款tartar 。日本甜蝦配魚子醬不錯。其餘兩款雖無特別 也是水準之作。值得推介的是主菜焗雞,用了花雕調味,連中菜酒家也不一定做得那麼好。外脆內睇嫩,食後口中有花雕的餘香。甜品有生日特備小蛋糕,也有自家製雪糕,不甜不膩,放在最後剛剛好。 continue reading
