Had made reservation for birthday afternoon tea set, overall pretty good, especially steak was good. Just not sure about the waitress, seems like most of them are part time and doesn’t really know what they are doing. The environment and view was fab.

The design of the shop was really cute with Cinnamoroll and some food items related to him. However, some were not available.The ice cream was had a strong milk flavor without being too sweet and looked adorable with Cinnamoroll  on it. The Strawberry Sando was more fulfilling than expected and the strawberry was larger than I thought. The sweetness was also well controlled for this dessert. The cute Cinnamoroll was also printed on the bread.The price is reasonable factoring that this is the airport and the sanrio licence fee.

Flagship ～Pan-Seared Octopus That is the tasty octopus with Kale and PatChun Vinegar Salad 🐙🥗at the bottom.The vinegar added sweet flavor that made the kale more appetizing. ～Confit Duck Leg This layered crispy waffle with duck leg was amazing🍳🦆😃.The presentation of this dish was already captivating, with a half-cooked sunny-side-up egg covering a generous portion of duck leg, served with waffle on the side.The duck leg was juicy and the combination of the sunny-side-up egg and waffle created a unique and surprisingly delicious taste❤️ ～Tom Yum Prawn Pasta 🍤🍝 It had the rich flavor of tom yum but surprisingly, it wasn't spicy at all. Every strand of pasta was coated with the flavorful tom yum sauce, aromatic but not spicy, making it irresistible.

I am very much drawn to the exotic interior in robust apricot and honey hues , together with traditional Indian patterns and motifs and elements inspired by the colonial era. From the open kitchen you'll find two tandoor ovens which are pretty rare to be found in hk. My night begins with the chicken tikka salad, with biblical and zesty chicken breast being tossed in a bed of crunchy greens and nuts. Followed by the malai chicken tikka , (ya ,more protein please !) it’s beautifully marinated with curd and spices, luxuriously self-indulgent, lavish in taste and presentation. Fish moilee curry, A rich and luxurious fish stew made with coconut milk. Unlike the normal iced tea , the Chutney's Iced Tea is loaded with Fresh Pomegranate, Peach, Black Tea and Dehydrated Orange to give you extra flavours and textures

For diversified and authentic Thai cuisine done right, Spices is one of the best choices in Repulse Bay, with contemporary indoor and outdoor seating. I like eating outside at restaurants that have pleasant spaces for enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. I've tried a lot of different foods here, let me point out some of them. For the starter, Pomelo Salad (HKD138) and Prawn Cakes (HKD108) were defo so good. The salad was mixed with juicy citrus, herbs, tomato, crab meat, and sweet spicy dressing. What a refreshing salad. The Prawn Cakes were crunchy on the outside and super chewy on the inside, cooked to golden perfection and served with Thai sweet chili. You just can't miss out a bowl of Tom Yam Kung Soup (HKD126) for having Thai food. The soup was really rich with a perfect balance of flavors, cooked with fresh prawns. Salmon Tikka (HKD119) was my favorite main course. The salmon was cooked to perfection. It tasted juicy, moist, and so tender! Makhani Murgh (HKD133) is a classic butter chicken. That incredible curry sauce was perfect to eat with Garlic Naan (HKD58). All in all, here is a good place to spend a cozy weekend. I highly recommend adding a free-flow package, the Thai-inspired cocktails and mocktails both are so good! - Beef Satay (HKD80) - Morning Glory (HKD66) - Dessert Platter (HKD188)

I ordered lobster dishes, starters pasta and soup. I am very disappointed as I don’t think there was half a lobster claw in total of my meal. The pasta was bland, the taco only had celery and sauce and the soup was poor. The total lobster meat in 3 dishes is likely less than half a claw. That’s how terrible it was. Quite pricy for less meat than a canned lobster soup.

Not a fan but the kids wanted pizza . Again , pasta and apps was soso . My pizza was the worst as the crust apparently so thin the oil from the ingredients soaked through . Christ , I know thin slice pizza but they just messed it all up . Not to mention they’re understaffed on a Saturday afternoon that cause some of the dishes I see just sitting on the kitchen counter . Deal breaker was the 16 dollar water service . What a joke .

Saturday lunch time was much more relaxed and had only a few tables. It’s very quiet, as compared to nearly full house during weekday’s lunch. Had tried their Shokado Bento and the Teppanyaki (Thin Roll) set this time. Teppanyaki (Thin Roll) Beef We picked the US Prime Beef rather than the Hida Beef, yet it’s already nice, very tender and the flavour of the green onions and fried garlic wrapped inside the beef made the beef so tasty. The fried mixed-colour bell peppers were very sizable too. Shokado Bento All the raw items were very nice. The marbled tuna belly sashimi melted in my mouth. The mini sea urchin on sushi rice was very fresh and sweet. The braised abalone was cooked just right and it’s tender and easy to eat, not chewy at all. I liked the lightly fried prawn with scallops and asparagus. Its taste was good and not too salty. The grilled black cod was alright. When I got to the thick cut teppanyaki US prime beef, I was so full already and that’s a bit bland. I need to dip each piece into the soya sauce that was meant for the sashimi. I couldn’t finish the bento as there were a lot of items there. I prefer the thin roll teppanyaki beef version from the teppanyaki set, as that’s tastier. We also ordered The Soil, a sesame pudding with oreo crumbs on top, with its presentation imitating soil. 👍🏻 We were surprised to know that their last order was at 2pm, so early for a restaurant inside a mall.

While looking through Elements mall for somewhere to have dinner, we stumbled across Pandan Asian Fusion Bistro. After looking over the menu and appreciating the large variety of food, we decided to give it a go. It was full at the time so we had to wait, but that’s always a good sign so we had no problem wandering around while waiting for our table. The decor is nice and inviting and makes for a comfortable meal. Dishes were presented nicely with care taken to make every plate look aesthetic. We ordered the Raw Prawns in Chilli Sauce, Slow Cooked Beef Rib, Pork Belly and Scallop Skewers, and the Scallop and Salmon Roe Spaghetti with Sea Urchin Sauce. The prawns were so flavourful and juicy. The beef was delicious and seasoned nicely, and the Spaghetti had a tasty and sweet uni flavour without overwhelming the rest of the dish. The staff were not as attentive as we would have hoped, but as the restaurant was full, we understood that they were busy tending to every tables needs. Overall it was a great meal and we enjoyed our time dining at Pandan Asian Fusion Bistro.

Pre-public holiday happy hour at Flames Quayside!

Kicked off the long weekend a little early with some happy hour delights at Flames by the Quayside!
 They have amazing deals on food and drinks during their happy hour, perfect for catching up with friends before the hustle and bustle of the holiday. -
Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallop Salad :   The Hokkaido scallops were beautifully pan-seared, with a perfectly caramelized exterior and a melt-in-your-mouth center.  The bed of fresh greens and light dressing complemented the scallops perfectly. It was a refreshing and elegant starter. - Black Truffle Mushroom Pizza : This pizza was an absolute showstopper!  The earthy truffle aroma hit you as soon as it arrived, and the generous amount of perfectly cooked mushrooms added a delightful texture . Each bite was a delicious explosion of flavor.

Chicken Pesto Spaghetti :  This dish was a comforting classic with a twist.  The pesto was fresh and vibrant, bursting with basil flavor, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and tender.  The spaghetti was al dente, providing a satisfying chew. It's a dish that's sure to please any pesto lover!

Overall, Flames Quayside delivered a fantastic happy hour experience.  The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the deals were unbeatable.

Nom Nom dumpling dinner! A nice homey dumpling place to try! We ordered one of their signature drink, which is honey lemon barley water, which is sweet but too sweet. Its very refreshing to drink! For the food we ordered the crab and pork wonton which has a very good and strong crab flavor, and also quite nice to add either the soy sauce or the chilli oil! We also ordered the truffle dumplings! both the boiled and also the pan fried one. The dumplings has a very strong truffle smell and flavor, and for the pan fried, it has a very crispy skin and a very soft and tasty inside! this truffle dumplings is definitely the dish of the night!

I’ve ordered the unagi and wagyu lunch set, and the difference between the thing and the picture was ridiculous considering the price. My friend ordered the double don set and it was normal and pretty good in value. I get that you can’t reproduce exactly but looking at the photos you know what I mean. It did taste good, just the toppings were about 30% less. It did not warrant costing $179 + 10%. Just adjust your expectations is all. 唔好俾個圖呃咗. 👍🏻

Had the opportunity to visit “The Sanctum” once for dinner under recommendation by a friend. The food is delicious and the drinks stunning! After have realized that they are open for lunch as well; didn’t miss the chance to visit and their cuisine is very good with reasonable price (considering the position). Favorite dishes: chicken taco, beef quesadillas, chicken popcorn, baked Camembert as bar bites while for dinner will recommend whole baked barramundi and thick cut steak! A must go!
