成日經過尖東海旁都覺得呢間泰國餐廳氣氛幾好,可以坐得舒舒服服,傾下計咁。food menu 同drinks menu 都好多選擇。最正係happy hour 買一送一去到8點!! 我揀左呢杯比較泰式嘅basil by the bay...好好飲好refreshing! 朋友果杯namo tini, 佢話好香,甜甜地好易入口。前菜我地揀左生壕,唔算好大隻但好新鮮鮮甜。中間d 醬辣辣地咁幾正。仲有豬頸肉同香蒜辣蝦,兩樣都好惹味,個醬同食物好夾!呢個蟹餅係必食,食得出蟹肉,有d 鮮味,非常驚喜!!終於到主菜,烤和牛排配紅咖喱,價錢好合理又大份。我地唔係太食得辣,所以叫左唔辣,但味道濃郁,送飯一流呀!!和牛都非常高質,一啲都唔韌。仲有泰式馬拉盞炒通菜,有少少辣,唔會太鹹~~最後當然要食埋芒果糯米飯啦。芒果甜到爆,啲飯軟軟熟熟仲要熱熱哋,非常滿足嘅一餐晚餐👍🏻 continue reading

今日有台灣朋友嚟咗香港,住在尖沙咀,與帶他前往尖沙咀海旁附近的一間泰國西餐廳。 餐廳分為室內和室外兩部份,當天天氣十分舒適,催着清涼的微風。餐廳有不同款式的泰國菜式供選擇。座位舒服闊落,是把酒聊聊天的好地方我們最後叫了以下食品。不同的食品有不同的份量,可以有更多嘅選擇。1.蟹肉夾餅(2pcs)($118)蟹肉夾餅非常鮮甜,充滿着淡淡的蟹肉碎。3.香酥雞手指配辛辣汁( $98)雞手指炸得酥脆,細細啖佐酒一流4.牛肉沙爹串(2pcs)($88 )牛肉沙嗲串,牛肉非常軟亂,好少串燒能夠做到這個效果。配上帶有微粒花生的醬汁,惹味。5.大蝦柚子沙律($178)非常多的柚子果粒,配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,和新鮮彈牙的大蝦,非常開胃的一道菜6.大蝦冬陰功湯($98)泰國食物不能錯過冬陰功湯,這道湯酸辣適中,不會太辣,不會太酸,取得非常平衡。還有大隻的啖啖肉大蝦,大蝦有蝦膏,鮮味十足。7.泰式紅咖哩配雞肉 ($218)紅咖喱雞肉嫩滑,內有不同的蔬菜配料,不能錯過的是配上他們的烤餅。8.英國蟹皇炒飯($188) 很久沒有吃過炒飯,他們用上大量鮮甜的蟹肉,還有一隻大大的蟹腳,且份量非常多。9.香煎烤餅 ($78)他們的烤餅非常脆身,且軟熟,沾上咖喱,一流。10.Basil Tree ($58) 11.Ginger Dragon ($58)12.芒果糯米飯 ($108)最後當然不能錯過芒果糯米飯,糯米飯暖笠笠,煙靭,配上新鮮鮮甜的芒果,椰汁味濃,為這天畫上完美的句號。 continue reading

細冬陰公湯味道充滿泰式的濃郁味,微酸帶辣,超大隻大頭蝦,湯底很滑溜,香料和配料絕不馬虎,整體非常惹味!牛油果米紙卷泰菜通常都較濃味,搭配一份味道清新牛油果米紙卷最適合不過牛油果熟成程度剛好,外層米紙卷軟脆兼備,口感豐富。鵝肝脆餅配芒果莎莎鵝肝表層煎得份外香脆,肉質勁Juicy .每一啖搭配上清新的芒果酸酸甜甜,脆餅的作用也令口感和層次加分了烤和牛排配紅咖哩嘩!和牛高質,口感煙韌鬆軟勁好味呀!咖哩底味道濃郁、但不如青咖哩般辣,喜歡惹味但又不想太辣的最適合,真是配飯的好拍檔。挪威三文魚配青檸辣椒泰蒜汁三文魚皮煎得香脆,魚肉非常香甜,沒帶腥味,搭配新鮮沙律菜和車厘茄,帶點西式的菜式用上泰式香料,惹味得來又清新。Basil by Bay這飲品很特別,帶著不同層次的味道衝擊著你的咪蕾,說不出重點是什麼香料,因為用上泰式不同香料製成的飲品,複雜得來有很多層次,令人想不停一啖一啖去感受是什麼味道。 continue reading
