While looking through Elements mall for somewhere to have dinner, we stumbled across Pandan Asian Fusion Bistro. After looking over the menu and appreciating the large variety of food, we decided to give it a go. It was full at the time so we had to wait, but that’s always a good sign so we had no problem wandering around while waiting for our table. The decor is nice and inviting and makes for a comfortable meal. Dishes were presented nicely with care taken to make every plate look aesthetic.We
We ordered the Raw Prawns in Chilli Sauce, Slow Cooked Beef Rib, Pork Belly and Scallop Skewers, and the Scallop and Salmon Roe Spaghetti with Sea Urchin Sauce. The prawns were so flavourful and juicy. The beef was delicious and seasoned nicely, and the Spaghetti had a tasty and sweet uni flavour without overwhelming the rest of the dish. The staff were not as attentive as we would have hoped, but as the restaurant was full, we understood that they were busy tending to every tables needs. Overall it was a great meal and we enjoyed our time dining at Pandan Asian Fusion Bistro.
