又到開心星期五,今日就同上司嚟食好嘢慶祝,就帶咗佢去公司附近嘅黑門水產,之前食過尖沙咀分店,銅鑼灣分店就未試過,原來超近公司,見到就好掛住大阪既黑門市場一入去就聞到好大嘅海水味,真係好似置身喺黑門市場一樣北海道蜜柑鯛薄切刺身食得日本嘢梗係唔少得刺身啦,我哋就叫咗個蜜柑鯛魚,真係切得超薄,好考功夫,配埋嗰個酸酸嘅蜜柑汁,又幾match海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒呢個超正,有海膽、蟹籽、鵪鶉蛋、蔥同蟹膏撈埋一齊,啲料好新鮮唔會腥,配搭梳打餅一齊,太多料一塊餅唔係好夠,所以叫侍應俾多塊黑門令大漁魚子醬脆脆包有蝦、蟹籽、三文魚子、魚子醬、吞拿魚蓉、海膽加個脆脆包,超級爆多餡料,又好新鮮,睇落都覺得好正,大滿足 金菇肥牛串,呢個都燒得唔錯黑門令四食有三文魚、吞拿魚、三文魚籽飛魚子迷你丼,再配個蟹膏蟹肉,仲有個蒸蛋、麵豉湯同沙律,份量好多,個蒸蛋好滑鹽燒鯖魚定食鯖魚燒得幾香又唔腥,不過食唔落白飯超滿足嘅一餐,我地兩個都食得超飽! continue reading

黑門水產同朋友去銅鑼灣行街順便搵地方食飯,加寧街個頭都好多野食,見到呢間日本菜餐廳,環境幾cozy,有室外亦都有室內座位,血拼完再搵地方舒舒服服坐喺度食埋個日本料理,what a good Sunday~深海池魚薄切刺身魚生薄切半透明狀態,魚肉好新鮮,魚身仲好有彈性,配合酸酸地嘅豉油,好清新,係一種刺身嘅開胃菜~海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒呢個甲羅燒都用咗好多配料,有蟹肉、飛魚子、海膽、鵪鶉蛋同埋香蔥,師傅燒完會再即刻送返上枱,食落口仲係熱辣辣,蟹肉味好香,仲有鵪鶉蛋香味,用嚟點紫菜梳打餅食都幾夾。黑門令大漁魚子醬脆脆包就好似一個好豐盛嘅刺身tart,多士燒到香脆,再配合吞拿魚蓉同埋海膽同埋三文魚子,表面仲有啲魚子醬同埋脆脆做點綴,整體口感好豐富滿足~味噌燒飯團飯團燒到好香脆,上枱仲熱辣辣👍🏻玉子壽司玉子都幾大舊,蛋味香甜。三文魚壽司三文魚都算新鮮,壽司飯底係用咗醋飯,Size唔會太大,一啖食落口啱啱好。燒雞腎 & 燒雞心師傅用咗少少鹽燒,唔會有腥味,亦都唔靭,唔錯。柚子生啤 Yuzu Draught Beer 幾特別,生啤底另外配左啲柚子蜜,令到啤酒冇咁苦,仲有啲柚子香。赤魚一夜干赤魚肉身比較厚實,啖啖肉,師傅燒嘅火候同時間都控制得幾好,魚皮外脆,裏面依然保持一定濕度,唔會太乾身。明太子山藥好特別嘅一個燒物,喺淮山上面搽左厚厚明太子醬,用淮山嘅鮮甜中和返明太子嘅喊味。 continue reading

依間餐廳嘅氛圍非常溫馨與熱鬧,好似飛左轉日本。我點了一個鰻魚午餐,依度非常受歡迎。午餐set有麵豉湯,湯底濃郁。亦有沙律。煮食的鰻魚肥厚肉大。另外,叫了燒雞皮和甲羅燒。燒雞皮的重點,雞皮變得酥脆香口。甲羅燒蟹膏燒得好香,和蟹籽蔥混合,豐富整個口感。這裡的小吃種類繁多,有炸物、烤物、壽司等等,好適合配搭埋清酒一齊。整個居酒屋體驗讓我感受到了日本的美食文化和人民熱情好客的精神。無論是食物的味道還是用餐的氛圍,都讓我留下了深刻的印象。 continue reading
