Visiting the Sai Ying Pun community always gives me pleasant surprises Situated at a quiet place just next to the busy district, the street has a good mix of old and new shops. This red brick cafe attracts us with sparkling lights and chill vibes🍹Greeted by friendly staff, the waiters introduced us the extensive menu which were famous for Italian cuisine. Drinks should not be missed in a great meal. There were various choices ranging from alcoholic cocktail like Sangria🍸to non-alcoholic fresh fruit smoothie🥭. Starting with ceviche, this cold appetiser had a great mix of texture using🐙chewy octopus slices & ripe avo mash🥑The citrusy flavour was just right with🍋lemon juice & tomato salsa🍅, stimulating the appetite. Kimchi risotto was surprisingly good The redness of the rice was mainly contributed by sweet tomato🍅with a hint of spiciness of the kimchi. Together with stringy cheese🧀, adding whole kimchi cabbage into the risotto doesn’t make it too hot and cover up other flavours. The scallop was pan-seared with butter to the precise time12oz Angus sirloin was chargrilled to medium rare, retaining its juiciness and tenderness🥩The charcoal aroma infused into both the beef cut & the courgettes🥒, alongside buttered new potatoes🥔to make up a generous plate. A complete Italian cuisine must end with the signature panna cotta🥛 We were in love with its silky smooth texture & rich milky taste. Topped with fresh mixed berries, the sweetness & sourness of the dessert was well-balanced🍓🫐. Chocolate fondant was again baked to the accurate timing to let the chocolate lava ooze🍫. 從未嚟過西環咁舒服而悠閒的Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill🍽，好有感覺喎👍👍。環境乾淨簡單，服務態度又非常好，真正放鬆心情。食物方面，首先要稱讚一下佢地的生蠔🌊，揀了新鮮飽滿嘅口感，每一粒都食得出海水嘅鹹香，大滿足之至😋😋。每粒都白白嘅，食落感覺好滑，從此愛上生蠔喇🐚！薯仔沙律和蘑菇炭燒牛排🔥都非常出色。薯仔沙律的醬仔、紅蘿蔔、酸豆、雞蛋都非常好食，我會因為薯仔沙律而再次黎呢度 lunch🐠。牛排烹調得恰到好處，火候掌握得非常好，每一口都可以品嚐到牛肉的鮮香，金黃的蕈菇和蒜蓉牛油更加豐富了口味。吃的時候，可以感覺到嫩滑的肉質在口中融化，這種感覺真的非常美妙😌。和牛野菌燴飯🍚真的很推薦，和牛肉、蘆筍、野菌、巴馬臣芝士，每一個配料都非常新鮮，飯質粒粒分明，味道非常濃郁。特別鍾意裡面的蘆筍。能吃到這樣的燴飯真的舒服極了☺️☺️。蘆筍和巴馬臣芝士的組合真的很棒，喺口腔裡甜味與咸香互相融合，一貫嘅美味令人歎為觀止👏。最後，當然要試一下甜品，朱古力熔岩伴雲呢拿雪糕🍮🍦朱古力味道夠，雪糕味道很鮮美，雙重味感令人回味無窮，結束了我們的晚餐。朱古力與雲呢拿雪糕交疊，正正好好，充滿幸福感😍。總的來說，Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill的食物新鮮，環境舒適，價錢合理，真的是我來過西環最好的選擇。如果你想來西環放鬆心情，吃幾款好食的西方料理，我十分推薦呢度👌👌

環境靚、影得靚相嘅餐廳，就揾「Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill」啦！坐低黎好舒服😌,明亮嘅燈光照到落地窗邊嘅飲品架，真係夠氣派有型！👍1️⃣我最鍾意嘅🥘「西班牙海鮮燴飯」！海鮮新鮮，飯燴得特別香口！每一啖都載滿海洋味，食落口超滿足😋。2️⃣再嚟就揀嗰個「紐西蘭特級西冷牛扒 」🍖！我見佢8安士嘅牛扒煎得恰恰好！ 一cut落去係好tender，好juicy，但又有微微既焦香！食完大餐，當然唔少得點甜品！眼前嘅🍮「法式焦糖燉蛋」與🥮「朱古力熔岩伴雲呢拿雪糕」輕輕一吃，滋味立即湧上心頭，我同男朋友都直讚美味😮！飽得不得了😂！間靚餐廳，就係咁樣令人滿足！

今晚朋友生日，於是我哋決定去西環嘅"Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill"。 因為聽講呢到既西餐係好食同埋d地方好大，好好坐， 所以今晚我哋就去到咗呢間西餐廳🙀🙀。🍗脆皮春雞🍗 脆皮春雞看到就覺得很誘人！一咬落去，咁juicy既點解，d皮又脆wo，肉又嫩，高汁仔😍。🍽️ 檸汁醃八爪魚🍽️檸汁醃八爪魚賣相靚仔，酸酸尾尾，好開胃阿，同埋呢個好配白酒🍝 白酒蜆肉扁意粉🍝 意粉做到al dente！每一口都有鮮味，加埋白酒嘅氣味，好夾總括嚟講，呢個食物質素，服務態度同埋價錢都係好好既

今晚真係超開心😄，因為黎左間好特別嘅Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill食晩飯🍽。呢度整個環境真係好special，見到個環境，我已經感到好興奮同期待啦！😜🔸 出面飲飲嘢，我總有呢個習慣想揀啲特別或者新鮮嘅嘢試吓，就好似今晚揀咗一個全新體驗：生蠔！超新鮮，口感絕對上線！每次食呢d海鮮，我都會特別注意佢嘅新鮮程度，呢度嘅一定唔會令你失望的！😉🔸 薯仔沙律一出場我已經超興奮，超豐富配料包括醬仔、紅蘿蔔、酸豆、雞蛋，直接令我味蕾起舞，每一口都係享受！😊🔸煙三文魚忌廉汁扁意粉，聽落好奇怪，不過我又點可能錯過嘅！我真係愛驚喜，呢個組合就真係驚喜到我！😍🔸美國安格斯肉眼牛扒12安士，入到口嘅時候，個味令我好驚喜，好彈牙、好濃郁、完全係一流！我已經從頭到尾都鍾意佢啦！🤤🔸朱古力熔岩伴雲呢拿雪糕食到我味蕾跳舞，朱古力濃郁得來又唔會太甜，真係甜入心頭，俾我返到個笑容！🥰Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill嘅每一樣食物都係一個新驚喜，我好開心可以喺呢度享受到美食帶嚟嘅快樂！😄
