To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食海鮮,所以今晚同朋友去咗蟹仙食🤡叫左【尊貴海鮮套餐】店家每日新鮮配送海鮮,可能每日套餐的海鮮都有稍微不同。這點大家要留意👀野生奄仔蟹有勁多膏🤩肉質鮮甜野生琵琶龍蝦雖然係奇貌不揚,肉質非常鮮嫩👍🏻但沒有龍蝦肉結實太平洋饅頭蟹肉質鮮嫩,味道清甜每年四至八月都當做,所以現在食是最佳。野生海虎蝦好大隻蝦🤩肉質好結實彈牙,啖啖肉😋九孔鮑魚肉質鮮嫩脆爽,口感十分彈牙有彈性👍🏻野生青口、大扇貝、白刀貝及珍珠蠔這三款一咬下去就爆汁💦非常鮮甜可口有機蔬菜籃生菜·娃娃菜·粟米最後食海鮮粥,加入蔥花及菜脯好好味,這煲粥是所有海鮮的精華所在,味道十分鮮甜😋椰汁雪燕最後以甜品結束今晚的海鮮晚餐。椰味十足雪燕亦好足料。大推薦✌🏻 continue reading
