喺旺角通菜街一直都有好多嘢食,自己幾乎都試過,呢間都算係近期比較新開嘅餐廳。每次經過都好想去試吓,特別係被佢相當吸睛嘅霓虹燈招牌吸引。雖然舖頭嘅人手好似唔係好夠,啲嘢食等得耐咗少少,但係都唔會話影響食物質素。‣ 刺身帶子三文魚籽明太籽手捲粉 $148咬第一啖嘅時候就已經勁鍾意手捲粉嘅口感,相當煙韌,雖然唔至於話去到好似年糕咁樣,但係佢嘅軟硬度適中,唔會覺得太硬或者太淋,搭配埋明太子真係一流。雖然佢明太子嘅味道其實同其他Café都相差唔遠,但手捲粉絕對令到佢變得獨特。‣ 蟹肉明太籽西班牙蛋餅 $98呢個雖然等得有啲耐,但係好好食,蟹肉唔會多都唔會太少,蛋味濃郁,而且中間仲加咗芝士可以拉絲,每一啖都覺得極滿足,比想像中飽肚嘅蛋餅。‣ 髒髒牛角包窩夫 $72自己一直都好鍾意牛角包窩夫,我同朋友喺嗌咗Oreo口味,上枱嗰陣覺得賣相都幾吸引,而食落都真係好重Oreo味。牛角包窩夫嘅外脆內軟配埋半溶嘅雪糕,好鍾意冰火交融嘅感覺,食完就覺得再大份啲就好。‣ Cream Brûlée Coffee $46知道都有幾間Café有Cream Brûlée,之前一直冇試到,但係決定第一次試吓,試完之後真係覺得好鍾意。好鍾意佢面頭嘅焦糖脆餅,飲嘅時候真係會諗返起Cream Brûlée嘅味,初時會以為杯咖啡都會變得好甜,但係其實結果唔係,我覺得兩者啱啱好,你仍然都係飲得出咖啡嘅甘苦。#foodbara_diary continue reading
