我跟朋友兩個人夜晚來試下個招牌白湯拉麵底拉麵,但已售罄,問職員覆其他湯底仲要等,最後得番清湯鯛魚拉麵係唔洗等,咁就揀左依個,一場來到,又等左咁耐(約45分鐘)點都食埋先走,碗麵到左啦,清高湯味真係好清,不過唔夠濃,味道一般,但有小小甜,唔鹹唔油,豚肉味道只係普通,炸鯛魚皮脆有口感,點埋個牡蠣油一齊食都唔算太單調,但沒驚喜,整碗麵份量太小,男仔食一定唔夠飽,女仔都覺得唔夠飽,最後食完碗麵會覺得口渴。整體食物質素只係一般。咁既價錢,食唔飽由於外面等既人數都有2,3個人,我同朋友差唔多食左20分鐘左右,侍應見我地碗麵都差唔多食完,上前向我地要求埋單及讓座,我立即嬲嬲地,對依間野大失所望,唔怪得香港人情願北上消遣,真係唔會再來依間催人埋單既餐廳幫襯 continue reading

今次嚟咗中環食呢間個名好特別嘅拉麵🍜本身都鍾意試啲特別湯底嘅拉麵,今次叫左一碗鯛白湯拉麵同一碗鯛清湯拉麵。兩者嘅分別就係鯛白湯係用鯛魚同埋貝類去熬製湯底,而鯛清湯主要淨係以鯛魚熬製。鯛白湯拉麵一上餐已經聞到好香柚子味,因為碗邊放咗啲柚子蓉,可以俾你夾埋湯底食,湯底好creamy,濃郁得來唔會太杰身,拉麵都幾掛湯,不過有少少偏淋,薄叉燒好嫩身,夾埋其他配料食,整體好不錯!鯛清湯拉麵呢個湯底雖然冇白湯咁creamy,但係都飲到清香嘅魚味。最驚喜係嗰兩塊鮮炸魚皮,超級新鮮香脆!兩碗上面都會有燒鯛魚肉碎😋幾欣賞呢到啲筍係大大嚿,好爽口😚 continue reading

Yummmm…. I had the Madai Broth Ramen (鯛白湯). A creamy white snapper & shellfish broth ramen that the restaurant made available daily 150 bowls of the rich white broth. The fish & shellfish broth had a creamy, flavourful seafood flavour & it was tasty. Unlike some ramen soup base that could be really too strong and salty sometimes. Noodles tasted great. I loved the yuzu paste on the side of the bowl too, mixing it with the noodles & broth made it more fragrant and tasty. The ingredients that went with the ramen were pork slice, onions, diced snapper meat and bamboo shoot. The bamboo shoot was sweet and pork was tender, went well with the soup. I added a Sakura wood smoked soft boiled egg which tasted really good, the smoked flavour was strong. ​My friend had the 鯛沾麵 tsukemen which had the noodles above a bed of dry ice. The noodles used were flat and chewy unlike the noodles used in the soup ramen. We also had fried chicken, the chicken was very tender and the curry powder goes well with it.
