朋友喺外國返嚟想食吓餃子!我即刻諗到帶朋友嚟呢度食,因為呢度夜晚嘅時候可以坐低慢慢傾偈四川涼麵:這道四川式涼麵看起來清爽可口。麵條柔軟滑順,搭配大量花生,蔥,豉油可以選辣和唔辣,的醬料,份量幾大兩三個人當小食過下口癮食都冇問題!至尊松茸豬肉餃:碗湯絕對冇味精,而且飲到好濃郁嘅粉葛味道!松茸的鮮香與豬肉餡的濃郁相結合,餃子皮好薄見到啲餡料都透晒出嚟!亦都冇穿到博到恰到好處!松茸夠晒養生,食齋嘅朋友仲有素餃可以揀!香煎軟心芝士餃: 金黃酥脆的餃皮外表,藏著濃郁柔軟的芝士餡料。一咬下去,芝士粟米豬肉餡液豐富,甜甜地亦都有豬肉香味係大人小朋友嘅至愛!自家制山楂雪梨水:清新可口。山楂與雪梨相互映襯,酸甜香氣撲鼻而來。值得一讚就嚟山楂味比雪梨嘅味道更加出。所以唔會好甜。#nomnomdumpling continue reading

呢間舖頭都經過幾次,今日第一次去試吓佢啲餃子。龍凰松茸雙灼餃(跟湯) $92: 口黑色係黑松露,白色係白松露,個人覺得叫兩款可以試得多啲嘢。自己覺得黑松露嘅話會薔薇啲,感覺會濃味少少自己鍾意黑松露多啲。香煎軟心芝士餃七隻($58): 自己覺得好彩嗌咗煎嘅芝士餃,煎完之後入邊嘅芝士溶溶地加埋脆脆地嘅外皮真係幾正。而且真係皮好薄餡亦都好多!如果覺得食芝士太膩嘅話可以任裝佢隔離附送嘅醃蘿蔔,自己都食咗幾碟! 麥盞雞翼($25):呢個麥棧雞翼食落去嘅時候覺得好似上海排骨嘅味,甜甜地幾好。入味之餘亦都調味調得好,印象之中喺香港好似冇食過呢一種味道嘅雞翼。雖然價錢偏貴,但係覺得可以一試。上湯松茸時蔬($35): 食咗咁多肉之後,就叫咗一個上湯時蔬,有少少杞子同埋蘑菇,感覺健康,而且菜心都新鮮,冇乜根。叫埋山楂雪梨水($20)同蜂蜜檸檬薏米水($20)成件事就更加養生。兩樣都唔算好甜,有自家製嘅感覺! 總結:呢間餃子真係做到皮薄餡靚,而且餃子嘅種類都好多,一定會再有下次。,而且自己好鍾意佢喺枱上面任食嘅醃蘿蔔,好大粒而且真係好開胃唔會過酸。 continue reading

I have always been a dumpling-holic and keen on trying different dumplings. Saw this dumpling chain with the name "Top dumpling on earth" and i just have to give it a try! This restaurant has special flavors like black truffle and white truffle which is very tempting! I have a pan-fried Matsutake dumpling with black truffle and white truffle, it smells so good! Also got some side dishes and noodle to eat along, I like the egg with truffle most. the drinks are home-made and nice. Worth a try! continue reading
