Meeting with my friends coming from Taiwan for a Sunday brunch. Very chilled coffee shop with nice food and variety of coffee. I ordered a salmon omelette with full of salmon inside. The egg is silky and with a nice portion of green salad on the side. It is fulfilling. Too bad that there is no toilet inside the coffee shop and need to leverage the toilet at K11. 星期六中午跟朋友到這間餐廳用膳，幸好我們來得比較早，不用排隊就可以進入，遲15分鐘，出面已經排緊隊。餐廳外面有座位供人排隊等候時可以休息，餐廳外貌十分寫意舒適，有白色框和玻璃組合而成，很有外國風味。餐廳內的座位很多，幾乎都坐滿，座位與座位之間只有少許空位，會有少少逼夾感覺，但整體不會有太大影響，空調也十分足夠。我選了漢堡包和番薯條，而我的朋友選了多士，飲品都是泡沫咖啡，漢堡包的蛋流心，肉也不會乾，而番薯條更加是有驚喜，非常好味，比普通薯條多了一份甜甜的味道，而泡沫咖啡也是用心做的，有拉花。但由於尖沙咀難泊車，如果要光顧最好都是坐公共交通工具。項目評分：滿分為5分食物： 4分環境： 3分衛生： 4分服務： 4分性價比： 4分 continue reading

🖤Tom Yum Seafood Risotto 冬陰公意大利飯試過唔同以冬陰功為主嘅西式菜式大部份所調嘅冬陰功醬汁都係有異曲同工之妙 透過色澤(偏橙)其實都可以睇得出相似度 拍係比較甜 然後帶點辣🤔😍但呢個有驚喜 佢唔係甜個隻 雖然係意大利飯 食落唔會好滯 因為味道好清新 好fresh (有青檸嗰種酸)不過就偏辣😋同埋比起其他餐廳 算幾多料 有蝦有帶子有蟹肉👍🏻🖤Black Truffle Seared Scallops Linguine 黑松露帶子意粉🤔呢個係最為遜色 味道比較淡 黑松露味唔夠出 好在醬汁較多 意粉煮得剛好 口感上彌補味道嘅不足加上帶子煎得幾好 金黃嘅表面不過定價就真係貴 唔值呢個價😐🖤Dirty Tiramisu佢嘅size比想像中大 都幾抵食 😍😌出面普通cafe都唔止咁嘅價😂佢算係偏甜甜 不過係接受到嘅範圍內因為佢唔係嗰啲死甜 而係帶奶香嘅甜 可能因為面頭有一層奶蓋😍食落去口感上算係Creamy 但係都食得出蛋糕嘅鬆化嘅口感 餘味仲會feel到少少咖啡液☺️🖤總括而言 都會願意再返嚟食 只不過只會嗌Tiramisu同冬陰功意大利飯😜😂 continue reading

Avocado Toast牛油果|水波蛋|羽衣甘藍|菲達芝士|煙紅椒粉|脆鷹嘴豆|法國蔥|黑麥芽亞麻酸麵包呢款Toast嘅賣相都好靚，比我想像中大份好多，下面嘅麵包好厚身，麵包外面會比較硬有咬口，中間就鬆軟嘅。面包上面係搽左一層好厚嘅牛油果，牛油果夠熟軟身，仲放左大量嘅沙律菜，我見之前係羽衣甘藍，應該期期唔同？可以篤穿2隻水波蛋一齊食，好好味！脆鷹嘴豆都係加分位，脆脆的增加口感。但相反，菲達芝士嘅存在感好低，用再濃味d吧芝士更好。 continue reading
