💁‍♀️💁‍♂️ 01/04/2024(Mon), Dinner🍽之前嘅食評寫咗土瓜灣哥登堡餐廳嘅港式豉油西餐,呢一晚嚟到為食妙妙嘅生日🎂,我哋就食返餐正宗嘅老牌美式扒房 - Ruth’s Chris去慶祝生日🎉。今晚我哋預先訂咗尖東分店入座,到達時候報上訂座的姓名,侍應好快就帶領我哋穿過餐廳酒吧嘅部份,再經過一條走廊,去到用餐區窗邊嘅一張4人卡座。餐廳裝飾以木為主,木🪵地板、牆身,配合卡座嘅深啡色厚厚的坐墊同背板,坐落都好舒服。枱同枱之間有足夠嘅空間,即使附近都有客人入座,但唔會令你覺得迫狹同焗促,每枱食客都有足夠嘅空間感。入座後我哋先點咗Sparkling Water,之後侍應會送上一籃外脆內煙韌嘅麵包🥖,配合軟滑嘅牛油🧈,餐點未送到之前可以開一開胃口。服務方面大致上都滿意,但稍欠細心,例如可以溫馨提示一下我哋額外點嘅甜品同套餐嘅一樣,等我哋可以考慮轉第二款;又或者可以提一提我哋餐廳係會送一件bread pudding俾我哋,等我哋考慮再叫唔叫甜品。招待我哋嘅侍應Adrian全程都笑容滿面,上甜品時仲用相機幫我哋影相,再印返俾我哋。而今晚我地order咗:🔆 SIZZLIN' CRAB CAKES ($300)睇個名都知,呢份蟹餅🦀上枱時係滋滋聲嘅,因為餐廳係將蟹餅放上500°F嘅碟上枱,高溫加上碟上面嘅牛油🧈令到蟹餅保持住高溫嘅狀態同時發出滋滋聲。一份蟹餅有兩件,煮得金黃香口,內裏蟹肉份量十足,再加上少少青紅椒碎同香草🌿,入口蟹肉鮮味十足😋。再唧少少檸檬汁🍋提鮮解膩,我哋4人分吃呢兩件蟹餅剛好。值得一提餐廳細心先將檸檬🍋用網袋包好先送上,咁唧檸檬🍋嘅時候就唔會彈到周圍都係又可以隔開檸檬核。🔆 CARPACCIO呢個係套餐可選嘅前菜之一,生牛肉片伴巴馬臣芝士🧀、黑椒同埋凱撒沙律醬。牛肉嘅嫩滑,加上鹹香嘅芝士🧀同沙律醬,放上多士上面一齊入口,感覺新鮮開胃。🔆 LOBSTER BISQUE我哋喺點餐時已經同侍應表明我哋會share兩碗湯,所以上枱時已經幫我哋分咗4碗上。每碗龍蝦🦞湯都係深橙黃色,內裏有少少龍蝦🦞肉,湯質濃稠,入口滿滿嘅龍蝦🦞味道,因為加咗白蘭地嘅關係,所以隱約感受到白蘭地嘅香氣。🔆 U.S. PRIME RIBEYE (12oz.) ($900)輪到主菜嘅牛扒🥩啦,套餐入面有三款牛扒,於是我哋每款都要一份嚟分吃。同樣地牛扒都係用上500°F嘅碟上枱,所以每塊扒上枱時都係熱焫焫、滋滋聲咁。每塊扒🥩我哋都係選擇medium,不過我哋建議大家可以選生少少🤏,因為塊扒煮好之後,喺隻500°F嘅碟上面係會繼再熟少少。肉眼扒🥩烤得外表焦香,烤爐的坑紋都清晰地烤在肉眼扒上。切開之後肉帶粉紅色,是因為碟子的關係所以偏熟了一點,可幸肉汁仍豐富,油脂分佈得唔錯,入口肉質嫩滑帶脂香。🔆 U.S. PRIME NEW YORK (12oz.) ($880)另一塊扒係New York Strip 🥩,肉質比較firm一點,油脂無肉眼扒咁豐富,肉味濃一點。同樣都烤得外表香脆,但內裏肉汁就差啲啲,甚至食起嚟有點偏乾嘅感覺,所以最終我哋都食唔晒呢塊扒,而侍應亦好好咁用食物盒裝起俾我哋帶走。🔆 USDA FILET 6oz. WITH HERBED TRUFFLE CRUST ($750)呢塊牛柳係厚切嘅,大約有2吋左右嘅厚度,外面再加一層香草松露嘅脆皮,食落多一重口感。三塊牛扒🥩入面呢塊係最腍嘅一塊,油脂比例亦無咁多,但就勝在腍身易咬,而且多咗一點香草松露嘅脆口感同香氣。🔆 Side Dishes: PAN-ROASTED WILD MUSHROOMS, CREAMED SPINACH, MASHED POTATOES套餐有3款side dishes可選,於是我哋又嚟每款都要。炒野菌香氣十足,入口有濃濃嘅菇菌味,不錯;忌廉菠菜煮得夠腍,菠菜加上忌廉嘅味道入口夠滑有奶香;薯蓉都打得幼滑,入口creamy,略嫌唔夠牛油香氣。🔆 MINI CHEESECAKE套餐嘅甜品cheesecake已經好有水準,果然一如侍應所介紹係餐廳嘅名物。cheesecake入口幼滑,味道濃郁,餅底方面有牛油香又鬆化,的確係一件高質嘅cheesecake。🔆 CHOCOLATE CHUNK BREAD PUDDING因為我哋嚟慶祝生日嘅關係,餐廳送嘅一小件bread pudding,碟邊仲寫上Happy Birthday。呢件麵包布甸入口微暖,口感帶點煙韌,又有朱古力🍫同果仁嘅香氣。🔆 CHEESECAKE ($160)原先以為餐廳無再送甜品,所以食完主菜之後,我哋就喺佢架好吸引嘅甜品餐車度揀甜品作慶生之用🎂。侍應會逐款甜品向你介紹,等你清楚每款有咩特色再選擇,因為我哋無為意原來套餐已經有cheesecake,否則我哋會選另外一款甜品。不過話說回來,呢個正式甜品份量嘅cheesecake比套餐嘅一細件優勝之處係佢連個邊都係有鬆化嘅餅底,食起嚟更香口好食。最後我哋好努力都只係食到呢個cheesecake三分之一左右,剩餘嘅只好帶回家再享用。🔆 Chardonnay ($175/glass)入口微甜清爽,雖則牛扒🥩本應係配紅酒,但呢個係為食妙妙嘅個人偏好。🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆❤🙆‍♂️(A先生)整體食評:8/🔟❤🙆‍♀️(為食妙妙)整體食評:8.5/🔟👉🏻 略嫌塊New York Strip有點失色,整體食物質素比起我哋去年慶生🎉嘅餐廳稍有不及,但坐得比較舒服同闊落A先生車友指數 🚗🛣️ 交通容易指數:🚗🚗🚗🚗(4/5)🅿️ 泊車容易指數:🚗🚗🚗🚗(4/5) 👉🏻 餐廳附近嘅帝國中心🅿️可供泊車,但可惜食物消費無泊車優惠,時租要$36都幾貴👉🏻 港鐵尖沙咀/尖東站過嚟都係10分鐘左右,巴士、小巴嘅選擇就比起彌敦道少🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆 continue reading

尖東餐廳多數都貴價菜,今次雖然都食得唔平,但食物質素有保證而且每樣食物上台時都用熱碟,真係好細心。蟹餅(必食推介*****)份量雖然細,但少食多滋味,非常入味,一開始覺得正常,食食下上左引,蟹味濃Ribeye 叫左5成熟,熱碟上,黎到真係岩岩好,好juicy,肥瘦識中,面脆內軟👍🏻生日仲有小cake同埋張即影即有送,服務態度很好 continue reading

今日約了朋友聚舊,係尖東想食扒,就諗起呢間餐廳。通常黎呢間餐廳,之前都是約一班朋友黎食斧頭扒,今次少人d,所以就只係點了肉眼和蟹餅。先講蟹餅,大啖大啖蟹肉豐富,加d檸檬汁,隻碟立即炸炸聲,聽到都想食多幾啖到肉眼黎到,放係250華氏嘅碟上面,油香撲鼻,更重要係慢慢食都唔會變凍,舊肉眼肉味濃,啖啖肉,最可惜無叫到sauce,食到尾就有少少油膩,導致無叫到甜品食下次想食到甜品,睇黎都係要約多幾個朋友share continue reading
