To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經食過呢間日式小店,隔左一段時間無去,係荃灣搵食,心思思再去呢間小店食野。小店來說,呢間店既選擇好多,有丼飯、刺身、火鍋同鐵板燒,去到有幾樣野都好想食,不過記得佢既鐵板燒唔錯,所以最後選左一個丼飯、一個鐵板燒,連一枝飲品,埋單$2XX,二人食叫做抵食。季節海膽三文魚刺身丼$128海膽新鮮、甘甜,好好味而且份量多,所以食得好滿足。另外,三文魚亦新鮮的,整體丼飯都好食的。初見香草吉列牛配白飯、糖心蛋$138吉列牛外層脆脆,牛肉肉質唔錯,配合起來口感不錯。 continue reading

終於有機會拜訪荃灣呢間人氣日本料理 — 「初見」,鍋物同埋石燒吉列牛都係呢到嘅人氣商品,一場來到梗係唔可以錯過呢兩樣美食啦~初見香草吉列牛(配白飯)💰HK$138石燒最大嘅好處就係可以自己控制每一塊肉嘅生熟程度!呢個香草吉列牛份量多,每一塊牛肉質鮮嫩得來又帶有淡淡嘅香草味,唔使特別點醬汁已經品嚐到吉列牛嘅美味啦,旁邊仲有埋溏心蛋添~安格斯牛肉鍋(配白飯)💰HK$88呢個鍋有唔同嘅湯底,今次就食下本身預設咗味增湯湯底啦!鍋嘅配料都好豐富,有菜、菇類、芋絲、蒟蒻等等,另外仲有足足四大片嘅安格斯牛肉,牛肉油脂分布好平均,口感唔會韌,性價比高~ continue reading

Bookmark咗呢間好耐,雖然今日落大雨,但見到南豐紗廠有bagel節,買完bagel就去附近搵嘢食,見到呢間有勁多好評,即管試吓~初見香草吉列牛🐮男朋友揀咗店舖最signature嘅一款,梗係要試吓,係幾打卡able,每一嚿牛肉都有香草包住,肉質都好易咬開,又唔會太肥👍🏻野菜豆腐鍋而我自己就揀咗味噌湯底嘅椰菜豆腐鍋,材料有白菜、金菇、豆腐、雜菇,芋絲等等~另外+$8轉咗讚岐烏冬。味道偏向淡味,適合注重健康人士😊 continue reading

初見人氣火鍋餐廳環境寬敞舒適,七點半已基本滿座。$298二人套餐茶包內有多種花類,與普通餐廳的單一茶包相比,更加清香味濃,超乎想象。煎帆立貝連鍋端上,發出“呲呲”響聲,讓人很有食慾。肉質綿密,四大塊非常夠量。芝士餃子雞翼表皮焦香酥脆,帶著淡淡芝士香,有些特別。三色刺身碟下湧出滿滿的白色仙氣,非常適合影相打卡,足見餐廳的心思。火鍋有多種選擇,和牛、海鮮、湯底選用味增湯,充滿日本特色。也可加錢轉其他湯底。配菜有包菜絲、豆腐、粉絲卷、蘑菇等等,非常豐富營養。和牛滿滿一大盤,非常飽肚,滿足肉食者的慾望。刺身飯有四款配菜,擺盤精緻。飯帶著魚籽、芝麻與醋香,正宗又惹味。除了以上菜式,menu還包括南瓜餅、煎餃子、章魚燒、咖喱飯等,品類豐富。是日本菜愛好者一定要嘗試的一間餐廳! continue reading
