For diversified and authentic Thai cuisine done right, Spices is one of the best choices in Repulse Bay, with contemporary indoor and outdoor seating. I like eating outside at restaurants that have pleasant spaces for enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. I've tried a lot of different foods here, let me point out some of them. 在香辣軒吃過很多次，多數是午餐和晚餐，下午茶卻是第一次，原來近月推出了Weekday Tea Set ，以咸點為主，唔會好似一般英式下午茶咁甜到漏，非常啱我Tea set 兩人份量$536沙律有柚子沙律&燒牛肉沙律，兩款都非常開胃咸點有5款：蝦多士、素春卷、串燒、蝦餅漢堡同炸蝦卷。每款都新鮮熱辣，香脆可口，但比較的骰。甜品4款，都是一貫水準，但招牌芒果糯米飯就失色咗，因為放在一個迷你碗入面，令糯米飯壓實變硬，冇平時咁好食。包兩杯普通飲品，我加$20轉lime soda，非常refreshing配合風和日麗的天氣，度過了悠閒舒適的下午

訂了在此食午餐，環境舒適。因天雨，我們坐在室內，若天氣好室外應也幾舒服。先上沙律拼盤，木瓜沙律及柚子沙律幾好味，其他的幾香口及辣辣地，幾開胃。接著是小食拼盤，大家都很喜歡炸香荷葉雞，又香肉又滑，和牛沙爹串燒也不錯，雜菜咖喱角及炸蝦餅則一般。泰國青檸辣汁海鱸魚不是整條上，怪怪的，魚的味道一般，湯酸酸辣辣的幾惹味。泰式紅咖喱牛柳配薄餅，味道不錯。甜品我們叫了個拼盤，芒果糯米的芒果較酸，椰汁千層糕、斑蘭椰子雪糕及椰汁西米杯的味道不錯。整體來說，環境舒適，服務及食物也幾好，放假放鬆好去處。

It’s sad to see the deterioration of quality after years. The embarrassing positioning of the restaurant may be the crux: it intends to be a quality causal restaurant, but the service is very so-so as compared with a hotel or even a beach restaurant overseas. 12月24日晚早訂了來此餐廳渡過平安夜晚餐。遠遍由屯門來到，以為有点驚喜兩人点了半打沙爹(鷄牛)，㗎喱牛尾㷛，海鮮煱，泰式炒通菜，食物味道都算過得去，但海鮮煱材料就遜色了，魚蛋片就多，除了蝦只有兩小隻，小帶子兩粒外魷魚也只有兩隻，双对收費就不太合理!今晚有最低消費的!以平安夜特別日子，今年此餐廳竟然内外全無佈置!半点聖誕氣氛也沒有!除了枱上一小擺設就乜都無，看得出其老闆太吝嗇了，說有礼物比客竟又係垃圾!多年來從未試過在平安夜聖誕節有間全無佈置的餐廳，仲要在淺水湾，大家連拍張平安夜晚餐照片都全無氣氛背景，真可太離譜了，連茶餐廳佈置也好過它啊!好失望呢!

這兩年冇得去旅行，唯有找一些有渡假風情的餐廳試試。在間淺水灣的泰國菜餐廳裝修已是很有悠閒風格，現在天氣涼，我們選擇了在戶外，感受下氣氛。我點了很多，其中的飲品十分靚，令我們十分吸睛。食物也十分美味，看得廚師在菜式的擺位也落足心機。店員（奀豬）十分熱情，經常同我們互動，我覺得他們的熱情招待令客人留下良好印象。最出色的菜式是香蕉pancake,雖然呢個稍為等耐啲，但外脆內軟，新鮮熱辣，十分好食，值得推介。

i hv made phone call several times as to book the table for lunch , and got a sms confirmation rapidly. unfortunately i got to cancel the booking one day before appointment , i did it by texting to the number which i received the confirmation sms . No reply indeed.finally i got a phone call on the booked hour, i could not be free to answer. From the number seen, it's from the restaurant. Likely the cancellation through the sms hadn't work. 疫情放緩，沙灘剛剛解封便急不及待往淺水灣走一轉，享受本地式陽光海灘，順道往風景怡人的淺水灣酒店舊址享受美食。餐廳食客不算多，外藉人或非本地人較多，選擇了戶外座位，看着一望無際的海景，還有藍天白雲，好不寫意。可惜的是可能疫情影響了廚師的心情，已經品嚐不到從前的高水準美食。泰式燒牛肉沙律 - 牛肉嫩腍，醬汁頗酸，蔬菜也算新鮮，整體份量少得很。和牛、雞肉沙嗲 - 賣相吸引，以小炭爐盛載，雞肉嫩、和牛腍，但差不多每件也有筋，沙嗲醬份量很少，但味道不錯。菠蘿炒飯 - 有別於一般泰式菠蘿炒飯，以小粒叉燒、蝦、菠蘿粒炒飯，蝦是爽口那種，而味道還可以，菠蘿不算甜，整體味道很清淡，不推介。炒貴刁 - 帶子很少會在炒貴刁中找到，數件肥味厚身的帶子炒得滋味，調過味的魷魚很香口惹味，河粉也不算油膩，只是整體味道很淡。泰式凍奶茶 - 似乎不是用茶葉沖出來，味道人工化，不推介。

呢間位處前淺水灣酒店嘅東南亞餐廳，環境絕對一流！尤其是係喺疫情期間，好能夠比到去咗泰國或印尼之類嘅地方嘅感覺。食物方面，話哂都係同半島酒店同集團，所以一定唔差。宜我order 咗嘅嘢食亦都全部做得到位，好食！外加上服務態度一流，各方面都照顧周到，絕對recommend for 情侶或者couple anniversary。

今次係第二次嚟呢間餐廳，上次冇咩影相，所以冇寫食評。今次再嚟仍然好鍾意，服務非常好，環境非常安靜，有室外室內，令人好舒服。因為朋友食素，所以呢間餐廳真係不得了，有好多素食選擇，仲要有啲選擇都幾特別，唔係頹嘅素食。（呢度只係部份嘅素食選擇）前菜我哋叫咗炸粟米同炸洋蔥，好好味，好特別，仲要加埋個醬，甜甜地辣辣地，好好食呢個係素金邊粉，炒得好香，啲金邊粉好煙韌，好好味😋最後甜品叫咗伯爵茶奶凍，個茶味濃到呢...同埋想講性價比超高，響淺水灣可以見咁抵嘅價錢食到咁高質嘅嘢，同埋有咁好嘅服務，真係正到不得了🥰 一定一定會再嚟，仲要多啲嚟添💛
