🌹與老公返完主日崇拜，在銅鑼灣行了一會，之後搭電車去跑馬地《viet》吃早午餐。 食店開門是11:30，知道它都多人排隊，所以早點去。🌹進入食店，店子不大，我們選了坐在弄餐前席。來的原因是為了吃碗安格斯牛肉湯河，蝦餅….雖然吃完碗粉已飽，但好想試試其他，服務員為我們預備雞翼及春卷二人份。Raw beef$138用料十足，牛肉軟硬適中Prawn cake$60(2pc)外脆內爽彈Vietnamese filter coffee$35咖啡香Butter chicken wing$20(1 pc)牛油香脆口Spring roll$20(1pc)春卷稍硬，但香口用餐體驗食物做得不錯，幾位年輕人，憑着做好食物的心，果然好吃😋！

蝦餅好味，即場正，好厚肉，要唔好急食，春卷都好食，又係手工嘢，唔會成口油成口炸粉咁，然後加左個韓國牛肉，覺得好食過日本牛，叫左個基礎火車頭河，好足料！仲覺得，太多添啦！😂湯都好好味

今晚朋友帶我去跑馬地食越南湯粉，去到店舖已經滿座，需要排隊等候，好彩我們是頭位，等了大約10分鐘便可以入座，我們都叫了生牛肉河，我就另外加了慢煮牛腩，我還可以選擇河粉加底，生牛肉鮮味可口，牛腩厚切口感軟腍，最重要係個湯底，鮮甜美味，全碗湯底給我飲清光，最最最重要飲完沒有口乾而需要狂飲水的反應，證明它不是味精湯。如果喜歡食越南生牛肉湯河的你，一定不會令你失望。

跑馬地比較偏既位置 都要排一個鐘先食到 所以決定等 試下有幾好食！成間只食pho 部局好似拉麵店咁 只有幾款選擇 跟住就揀 蔥、芫荽、洋蔥、河粉 既份量最有誠意係竟然免費有appetiser 簡單迷你蕃茄仔 清一清個口 開一開個胃 我覺得都算係香港數一數二既pho 牛肉好高質 好嫩 油脂好香 湯底亦清甜夠味 👍🏻河粉份量可以揀「多」 我揀左正常份量覺得偏少😹另外推介大家試佢地既炸蝦餅 即叫即炸 熱辣辣 咬開後發現 係用真材實料製作 食到啖啖蝦肉😋

My partner ordered a bowl of pho specifically mentioned the beef needed to be cooked well done. It came out the beef was medium rare; we asked the lady server to request the kitchen staff to cook a bit more. She just grabbed the plate without saying a word and handed it back to kitchen.Second time the beef became medium and we were frustrated and asked her to cooked a bit more. She looked at us as if we were trouble customers and grabbed the plate without apologizing. After a few minutes, she just dropped the well done beef back to us and left to serve another guest.Absolutely ridiculous and I couldn’t believe what we experienced. Honestly, if you don’t want to serve your customer just simply close your restaurant. We will never come or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
