To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚食員工晚宴自助餐。公司選址去香港逸東酒店地舖個間普慶餐廳。我個人第一次去呢間食自助餐。重要係地庫。一入到去,好似去咗泰國或馬來亞夜巿。因為燈光主色調為橙紅及黃。有種蘭桂坊酒吧街感覺。星期一至四晚餐,成人$658,小童長者$478。依家好多自助餐廳,只要出示樂悠咭,就可以享用長者優惠。單單看個Buffet Line,美食檔放置在不同區域餐桌。即不是單一條 Buffet Line。而是放置成 Food Court。依地理環境,個人認為前身係美食廣場。美食區有分酒吧、海鮮、中式、西式、泰式、印式、港式、日式、素食及甜品。我個人食自助餐,都要遵守三大原則:不要拿過多美食,浪費食物。每次拿一個國藉美食。食出該國美食原味。食自助餐前不要進食,以免自己吃不下自助餐美食。飲品方面,我個人係酒吧區點咗楊枝甘露。有芒果味帶點蘋果味。第一碟冷盤。我個人揀咗手撕雞、泰式無骨鳳爪及腐竹海帶。手撕雞肉質香滑。無骨鳳爪及腐竹海帶入口清新。夏天第一道菜係凍食有開胃感覺。第二碟全海鮮。我個人因為腸胃好敏感,不宜食生蠔。但餐廳無熟蠔。只好同師父講不要生蠔。全盤海鮮用冰鎮上。食落好清涼。鮮蝦肉質肥美。長腳蟹肉帶甜。全部

第九碟係雪糕。我自取pancake,再要求師父抽奬式替我加兩款雪糕球。自已再DIY。熱食pancake 混加凍食雪糕。又要親熱食又要親凍食。一凍一熱,口感好特別。朱古力及士多啤梨味雪糕都好好味。
