To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛魔王必吃牛扒，所以我坐下都二話不說只看著牛排下單，點了阿根廷牛扒餐。餐包非常有驚喜，一個$2XX左右的餐也願意給我三款不同的餐包，非常有心意，這一點讓我對餐廳充滿好感。餐湯也不錯，不過不失。但阿根廷牛扒就出了大問題，炭烤牛扒確實可以為牛扒增添風味，但是這塊牛扒是烤到有點苦的程度。薯菜本來我幻想是烤土豆或薯條之類，但迷你蕃薯真的出伏意料之外。我不吃迷你蕃薯，所以我真的大失所望。甜品有一份超迷你的木糠布甸蛋糕，真的只有兩口，很少見會如此孤寒🤣總結，牛扒就不了，有興趣可以吃吃其他菜色。
