出左去黃埔買嘢,任務完成之後就係食嘢之時。行經黃埔天地見到日式居酒屋嘅午餐都好抵食,所以就入去歎個靚Lunch。餐廳以日系木色裝潢,有種舒服感覺。午餐種類選擇都好多,既有燒物、定食、串燒當然唔少得刺身同壽司餐,最後就揀左特選十二件自選壽司餐。每份午餐都會附送沙律同埋麵豉湯。我嘅十二件壽司嚟啦,我就揀咗拖羅、深海池魚、油甘魚、魴鮄、池魚、赤蝦帆、立貝、八爪魚、金線鯛、火炙左口魚邊、海膽同蔥吞拿魚腩。每件壽司都好新鮮,魚生嘅厚薄適中,幾款魚肉嘅魚身肉質紮實,而魚油香味非常豐富。另外帆立貝、赤蝦、八爪魚亦都非常鮮甜彈牙。最吸引我嘅都係海膽同蔥吞拿魚腩軍艦,入口甘香之餘材料足到仲好似成座山,真係超正呀! continue reading

今日行完aeon後突然超大雨,好彩附近搵到間日本餐廳,午市價錢算合理,同埋好多野食添!每個午市套餐都跟一個沙律同麵豉湯✅牛肉烏冬牛肉好嫩滑,上菜時呈半熟狀態,撈埋熱辣辣湯汁就啱啱好,烏冬彈牙有嚼勁,配上嫩滑的牛肉,每一口都充滿著牛肉的鮮香味。湯底醇厚,入口即化,帶點淡淡的牛肉味,幾唔錯👍🏻✅雞軟骨串燒雞軟骨都烤得外脆內嫩,咬落去有嚼勁同濃郁的炭燒味道。外層微微焦香,內裡多汁,真係令人食指大動!✅中吞拿魚刺身魚肉鮮嫩細緻,無根,融化喺舌尖,帶出濃郁的海洋味道。每一片刺身都切得均勻,入口即化,好新鮮 continue reading
