同同事OT完一齊搵嘢食,又想飲酒又想食燒鳥,就定位公司附近的Sakeh居酒屋。落座後先選了一款清酒,越後櫻純米大吟釀,仲特登撿佐兩隻綠色杯來飲酒。大吟釀入口不辣,口味清爽,帶淡淡米香味,總體來講口味比較清淡所以同好多菜式都比較搭。前菜點佐個汁煮花螺,花螺好大粒,肉厚身易脫殼,甜酒味道好足,一份大概有五六隻。跟著上佐蒜蓉牛油燒日本元貝,元貝又嫩又浸滿牛油香味,加埋蒜蓉非常入味。歐洲特級龍蝦已經剝出蝦身,非常彈牙,唯配醬鹹佐滴。自家製兔治雞肉軟骨配合蛋黃非常滑口。日本生蠔是經open rice訂位有送的,非常新鮮。澳洲牛小排烤得剛剛好,一口一塊,汁多味鮮,表面一層淡淡焦味,加一滴青檸汁解膩提鮮。牛俐烤得好嫩,兩串唔夠食。燒烤蔬菜好唔錯,我哋一口氣點佐五款,翠玉瓜,茄子,mini辣椒仔,冬菇同秋葵,搭配秘制的醬料非常好味。驚喜的是芝士年糕,表面又熱又脆卜卜,心入面是流質的芝士,口感好特別。日本原隻水果雪葩有幾種口味,有蘋果香蕉柚子等等,四五款。我哋喊佐一個柚子味的雪葩,外表有啲似橙,但其實入口是非常香濃的柚子味,入面的雪糕又滑又香,確實是好特別。 continue reading

What a surprisingly nice and worth-trying Japanese restaurant in TST which offers good food😍 I enjoy the dinner so much !!! We ate for 1.5 hrs… so jeng 😍 . Worth to give it a try. 👍🏻 The only environment and food are so beautifully decorated. I celebrated my fd b-day there . Coz it was a rainy day, just passed by and chose this. Alcohol is the most important for celebration 🎉! We ordered this sake ! 容易入口👍🏻 so jeng ! 餐廳做緊優惠,仲送機煮鮑魚!it’s sweet 🍬 yummy ! 估唔到送都咁好食!We ordered two chicken wings !!! Super delicious! 我今次去咗一間餐廳試嘢,真係食到好多好味嘅菜式,臨近母親節仲未諗到食乜嘢,呢間係唔錯嘅選擇~呢間係主打串燒烤物,食物選擇超級多,而且原來OpenRice 訂枱優惠一佢首先送咗我哋磯煮鮑魚,鮑魚質感彈牙,湯汁鮮甜,印象分已經好好。我叫左唔少野食樣樣都真係唔錯👍💛汁煮花螺汁煮花螺鮮甜彈牙,湯汁入味,好適合作為開胃菜。好容易忍唔住一粒又一粒咁食💛蟹膏豆腐都好豐富味道,佢有三款唔同嘅豆腐,蟹膏豆腐嘅滑順口感同蟹膏嘅濃郁味道相得益彰,令人欲罷不能。💛荔枝豚肉卷呢個係我其中一樣最鍾意嘅,佢好吸引,豚肉香嫩多汁,配上荔枝嘅清甜,味道好平衡,真係食到回味無窮!💛法國鵝肝係另一道精緻菜式,鵝肝濃郁滑順,配上酥脆嘅麵包,絕對係鵝肝愛好者嘅必試之選。💛自家制免治雞肉軟骨自家制免治雞肉軟骨都好特別,免治雞肉鮮嫩多汁,軟骨香脆,食落好有層次感。💛牛脷芯佢完美切得厚實,真係好正肉質鮮嫩,入口即化。有時好驚好厚牛脷,煮得唔好真係好難食,但呢個真係好好食💛紐西蘭羊架肉質鮮美,烤得剛剛好,帶有淡淡嘅羊肉香氣,一啖咬落就係肉汁四溢。💛海膽松葉蟹蓋甲羅燒鮮甜濃郁蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,配上香煎嘅甲羅,味道更加突出。💛茄子茄子煮得軟綿入味,搭配上醬汁,帶出茄子嘅鮮甜味。💛澳洲特級龍蝦同蒜蓉牛油燒日本元貝呢兩樣都係海鮮愛好者嘅不二之選。澳洲特級龍蝦新鮮肥美,肉質鮮甜,烹調得恰到好處。蒜蓉牛油燒日本元貝鮮嫩多汁,蒜蓉牛油香氣四溢,一上枱已經流晒口水。💛鰻魚飯最後,鰻魚飯結束我嘅美食之旅。鰻魚燒得香脆,肉質鮮嫩,配上飯粒入味,每一口都帶來滿滿的滿足感。本身以為呢度嘅鰻魚飯會一般諗住填飽個肚,點知個鰻魚烤得極度出色,質素拍得住鰻魚飯嘅專門店!到居酒屋當然唔少得要飲清酒,呢度嘅選擇超級之多,仲好開心有得揀自己嘅杯。叫左枝Zaku IMPRESSION Junmai, 好香又比較清新,相對嚟講好易入口,但係又好好飲~總括而言,呢間餐廳嘅菜式多樣化,味道出色,每一道菜都帶有獨特嘅風味。環境舒適適合同朋友或家人一齊享受美食。 continue reading
