放工入嚟大圍接老細收工,行下行下見到隱蔽地方有間幾特別嘅越南菜館~話佢係越南菜…其實起先我仲以為係西餐廳,又有少少似酒吧~黑色磁磚嘅水吧好有型格~襯埋大大福壁畫,已經吸引咗我哋兩個入去!!佢個餐牌好簡單,得兩頁(但係drink list反而有幾張~🤭🤭😅😋)~但係估唔到真係搵到隱世美食!!豬腩蝦肉米紙卷:我第一次聽老細讚米紙卷好食!!😋🤭重點係:因為佢用咗豬腩肉!🥓腩肉嘅肥油令到米紙卷嘅味覺提升咗,配埋新鮮蝦肉同爽脆蘿蔔絲,仲有粉絲嘅清爽同米紙卷嘅彈牙~再點個酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁~真係好好味!!!豬頸肉春卷撈檬(仲有一條豬肉腸):份量都幾大~因為佢仲有青瓜絲、芽菜、生菜絲……豬頸肉燒得啱啱好!👍🏻😍保存到肉汁好juice!春卷好香脆~估唔到條豬肉腸又彈牙又有油香~兩個人分嚟食都好足夠!!越式炒蜆:用咗好新鮮嘅卜卜蜆,隻隻都漲卜卜~好鮮嫩!佢用九層塔同埋少少辣椒調味,好香好惹味!!老細問我哋試唔試新嘢,off menu畀咗個雞肉鬆薄餅畀我哋試~餅底好香脆,薄薄地,似脆片多過似薄餅~上面有啲肉鬆,雞肉腸片~感覺好特別!!真係未食過~飲品要咗桔仔梳打同埋越南牛奶咖啡~兩杯都好好味!呢間舖性價比超高!食物質素好!環境又舒適!真係不可錯過!! continue reading

今晚又和住大圍的朋友吃飯。她帶我去這間特色越南餐廳。單看門面及名字,已知道這間餐廳走型格路線,餐廳樓底很高,所以有兩層用餐區。全間餐廳以黑色裝潢,一邊牆壁有大型越南女子的壁畫,另一邊是充滿越南特色的梳化和咕𠱸。餐廳內的擺設亦充滿越南風味,令人恍如置身於越南一樣。燒豬肉米紙卷:燒豬肉燒得很香,亦非常入味。米紙卷煙煙韌韌的,內裏有很多新鮮的蔬菜,粉絲、青瓜、紅蘿蔔等。口感十分豐富。蘸上秘製的花生醬,吃起來很開胃。大叻薄餅:這款越南風味的薄餅十分獨特。豬肉醬、雞蛋、芝士和豬肉絲等鋪在米紙上,底層再有一塊薄餅。咬下去脆脆的,配上特別的醬汁,真的十分好吃。火康牛肉配脆蝦片:店員拿來時先用火煲一煲,賣相已經絕對吸睛。牛肉非常嫩滑,搭配越南的香草和洋蔥,味道鮮美。蝦片很酥脆,四大塊的蝦片,配合上算酸的醬汁,令人吃不停口。順化扎肉牛尾湯米線:牛尾size差不多有手掌般大,牛味相當重,炆得很腍,夠腍夠入味。湯底以牛尾熬煮而成,很濃郁,又清甜順喉。配合經典越南扎肉和爽口彈牙的米線,還有點點的辣,實在充滿了越南風味。 continue reading
