Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 4個女仔去食中菜~ 完全係喜出望外!呢到出名食叉燒就梗係好味,無諗過其他餸都一樣高質!完全係surprise us!!!蜜汁叉燒,肥瘦剛剛好,蜜汁不會過咸或過甜,燒得唔太燶,係好食嘅!一碟有成12塊,真係要人多先抵食~老火燉湯,飲完成個人好舒服 。荷葉飯,超香,足料,食唔哂到要打包拎走 。脆皮豆腐,薄薄一層脆皮,裡面又滑口 。除左叉燒,我就推介呢個桶蠔煲,真係不得了!隻隻金蠔都好大隻,出面脆脆,咬落入面入哂味,好鮮甜!另外仲叫左2碟餸,都唔錯,整體來講,值得再黎!環境係嘈啲,朋友聚餐,人多黎呢到會比較適合 。 continue reading

母親正日前後因事離港,4大長老改期到一星期前提早慶祝。其中2老就揀佐逸東軒,另外2老就中伏收場。真係冇比較冇傷害,價錢差唔多但即見高下。🙄坐既位置係舒服既,一邊係枕化位,另一邊係中式位,但因為當天落大雨,拎佐比較多野出來。中式位唔係好夠位擺野,侍應沒主動提供籃,不過我要求佐之後都主動搵多個位來放野,果下都有小小覺得佢地做得唔係幾好。但擺完袋之後佢地既處理方法令到我真係覺得呢間係可以再encore的。因為果個位比較近係上菜位,佢地見我放完野就搵塊布蓋住個袋,仲同上菜既同事提醒叫佢地上菜時小心點。之後佢地每次都會望下我果個位先上菜比我地或者隔離檯。當然佢地都處理得好乾淨,塊布到走都係白雪雪的。到講返野食,我覺得係好食的,普普通通既野食都處理得幾好,可惜係佢冇晒蟶子,轉叫蟹肉粉絲煲,個煲聞落好香,d蟹啖啖肉。最特別我覺係個片皮雞,同片皮鴨食法一樣,只係換佐雞肉。冇咁油,對於成日食片皮鴨來講,轉下口味都唔錯。2老成餐絕對食得開心,佢地特別對個XO醬讚唔停口。甜品個蛋白杏仁茶幾好,我一向低糖飲食,佢真係冇咩落糖好岩我,反而個芒果布甸我試佐啖就覺好鬼甜,但食開平常diet 既人就話係好好食的。 continue reading

媽咪生日落order要食片皮鴨,細佬話加咗人工不如食逸東軒啦,始終8舊幾水隻鴨平時唔會成日食,呢啲日子食就啱晒。佢哋嘅片皮鴨係招牌菜,晚市我通常會訂枱時順便訂定,只可成隻嗌,冇得嗌半隻,一個價錢已經包咗2食。侍應會幫你片一碟淨皮同一碟連皮鴨肉,嗰碟淨皮脆而不膩,好好味。😋😋 我哋揀咗配鴨崧炒飯,因為媽咪係「飯桶」,必須有飯到肚。前菜嗌咗蜜餞脆鱔同避風塘九肚魚,2樣都好香脆;其他菜式則嗌咗炒龍蝦球,蝦仁蛋白豆腐同炒菜,細佬另外嗌咗一窩燉湯,佢哋會分好一盅盅上,飲完唔口渴,應該冇咩味精。一分錢一分貨完全體現咗喺呢一餐上,收得貴都係值嘅。可惜個米芝蓮set冇片皮鴨,唯有下次再試啦! continue reading

上月《香港澳門米芝蓮指南2024》名單出爐,當中不乏五星級酒店高價位餐廳,想經濟一啲品嚐榮獲米芝蓮殊榮嘅餐廳,逸東軒確實係不二之選。逸東軒位於逸東酒店B2,由地面行兩層較狹窄嘅樓梯,感覺隱蔽。餐廳裝橫古色古香,枱與枱之間非常闊落,同一般中菜廳狹窄擁擠嘅佈局大相逕庭,環境舒適愜意,好適合同親戚朋友茶聚。點心款式同普通茶樓大同小異,不過逸東軒嘅點心食材比較新派,菜名都冇咁刻板。今次我哋兩個人一共點咗5碟點心同甜品。第一碟點心係香麻叉燒酥。呢碟看似普通,但我哋兩人一致認為係五碟之中最好食。叉燒酥外皮酥脆可口,叉燒肉質鮮嫩多汁,蜜汁醬香味四溢,口感有嚼勁,係必點之選。平時食燒賣都係食魚肉燒賣多,今次就點咗籠帶子蒸燒賣。原粒帶子配燒賣冇違和感,帶子望落好有光澤,食落新鮮又爽口。之後仲點咗春風得意腸粉,出面層腸粉皮包住中間塊春卷皮再包住蝦肉,有層次口感。腸粉仲可以配搭甜醬同芝麻醬,如果蝦肉餡多啲豐富啲會更好。淡綠色嘅斑蘭流沙包外皮好柔軟,雖然斑蘭味唔算太出眾,但個個包都做到流心奶黃效果,流沙內餡亦算口感順滑,整體不過不失。最後以香芒糯米卷作結。芒果好鮮甜,芒果糖糯米嘅比例係9:1,食完唔會覺得滯。待應嘅貼心服務亦值得一亦讚,除咗服務殷勤,主動幫客人鋪餐巾斟茶添水外,仲會好照顧每個食客。進餐途中我不為意跌咗野,待應好焦急咁主動走黎提醒,呢啲微細舉動亦都係餐廳加分位之一。兩個人連加一總共食咗$441。以米芝蓮一星中菜廳黎講,性價比非常高,用餐環境、服務、食物都有高質素,下次會試下逸東軒嘅鑊氣小炒同片皮鴨👍 continue reading
