朋友生日,決定去食潮州菜。不過星期日食就要比較趕,因為間飯店星期日要做兩輪生意,兩小時內要交枱。魚露浸花甲,很鮮甜美味,不會太鹹 。鹵水鵝片, 一貫高水準之作!鹵水墨魚,厚薄剛剛好,很鮮甜。不會被滷水味道蓋過。土肉苦瓜煲,苦瓜很淋,沒有渣。汁水可以當湯飲厚菇芥菜煲,非常好味的大芥菜。啲菇好厚,好好肉。煎蠔餅,今次啲蠔仔一般,唔係好大隻。椒鹽鮮魷,啲炸漿很薄,很脆,一流!叫咗啲家常小菜,所以不貴。如果叫海鮮就不是這樣的價錢
