朋友生日,決定去食潮州菜。不過星期日食就要比較趕,因為間飯店星期日要做兩輪生意,兩小時內要交枱。魚露浸花甲,很鮮甜美味,不會太鹹 。鹵水鵝片, 一貫高水準之作!鹵水墨魚,厚薄剛剛好,很鮮甜。不會被滷水味道蓋過。土肉苦瓜煲,苦瓜很淋,沒有渣。汁水可以當湯飲厚菇芥菜煲,非常好味的大芥菜。啲菇好厚,好好肉。煎蠔餅,今次啲蠔仔一般,唔係好大隻。椒鹽鮮魷,啲炸漿很薄,很脆,一流!叫咗啲家常小菜,所以不貴。如果叫海鮮就不是這樣的價錢 continue reading

朋友極力推介,本來沒有什麼信心,當行到店前,發現,原來係政府保育的古老建築物,馬上增加興趣! 進入店內,佈置得古色古香,洋溢著懷舊氣氛! 店內有電梯上二樓,被編排在騎樓位置的枱,看到車水馬龍的街道,可惜,枱與枱之間很接近,隣枱談話很嘈雜…晚餐有兩個時段,我哋食早段,1800-1930,爭取時間要馬上叫餸….沒有前菜,亦沒有功夫茶奉上….肯定係新派潮菜不得不提一點是,待應很有自己待客的一套,沒有太多笑臉,可能工作太忙,進餐時,要求多一只公用的匙羹, 方便大家夾𤐶烙,都「不可以」呀!回應係用筷子夾就可以喇…..😔唉!大致上,菜式味道不錯,鵝三寶- 滷水鵝片鵝肝鵝掌,滷水味道香濃,不太鹹!最精彩,梅汁炆豬手,豬手入味,肉質柔軟,不肥膩,酸酸甜甜令人覺得很開胃!煎𤐶烙,是油炸,不是煎,外層脆口,但食吾到𤐶仔….總括來說,價錢方面,有點貴⋯⋯ continue reading
